All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number and courier details (if available).

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels are still attached.
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, earrings).
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Sale or discounted products (unless faulty).

Return Process

• Please include your order number and reason for return.

Exchange Option

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please indicate this in your email request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
